Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Finance Accounts professional

with over

20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial operations, capital raising, and strategic decision-making. Experience in the

Defence or Aerospace sector

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

Develop and maintain

financial models

to support business planning and investment decisions.

Manage

Mergers Acquisitions (MA)

activities, including valuation, due diligence, and integration.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Lead, mentor, and maintain the Finance Accounts team

, ensuring effective performance and professional growth.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Build and lead a high-performing finance team to support business growth.

Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification is mandatory.

20+ years of experience

in Finance and Accounts, preferably within manufacturing industries.

Experience in the

Defence or Aerospace

industry is a plus.

Strong

financial modelling

and

analytical

capabilities.

Excellent knowledge of

accounting principles

and

financial reporting standards

Strong

communication, leadership, and presentation

skills.
