Job Description

Oversee
end-to-end financial operations
of the organization and its
group companies
, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and maintain
financial models
to support group-level business planning, performance evaluation, and investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with
accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements
across all group entities.
Provide
strategic financial insights
and recommendations to the senior management for effective decision-making and long-term growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the
Finance & Accounts teams
across the group, ensuring high performance and professional excellence.
Manage
cash flow, working capital, and fund-raising activities
for group companies.
Liaise with
banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities
to ensure smooth financial operations.
Oversee
import/export financial transactions
and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Implement and optimize
ERP systems
across group companies for accurate and consolidated financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

20+ years of experience
in
Finance & Accounts
, preferably within
Manufacturing industries
.
Experience in managing
Group Companies financial operations
is essential.
Exposure to
Defence or Aerospace
manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Strong
financial modelling, analytical, and strategic planning
skills.
In-depth knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems
and familiarity with
import/export finance
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and presentation
skills.
Proven ability to
build and lead high-performing finance teams
across multiple business units.
