Job Description: As an IT Support Technician at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer hardware and networking systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and networking systems. - Troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals. - Setting up and managing LAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks. - Ensuring network security, firewall configuration, and data backup. - Providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues. - Demonstrating a keen willingness to learn new technologies and advancements.
