Hardware & Networking Engineer (Trainee)

As an IT Technician at our company, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and networking systems. Your duties will include troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, and peripherals, as well as setting up and managing LAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks. It will be your responsibility to ensure network security through firewall configuration and data backup, while also providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues. A keen willingness to learn new technologies and advancements in the field is essential for this role. To be considered for this position, you should possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in hardware troubleshooting and network management. Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows/Linux, servers, and network protocols is required. Additionally, experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.
