Lead entire Zoho People HRMS ecosystem: Employee lifecycle management Leave & attendance policies Shift & roster mapping for site\/HO staff HR Letters & Employee Documents Module Performance appraisal module setup Ensure 100% product availability & uptime Add\/modify modules based on change requests II. Business Process Design & Automation Conduct requirement gathering with HR & business stakeholders Build workflows for: On\-boarding Induction Digital Kits Employee movement (Transfer, Promotion) Separation & exit clearance Ticketing & grievance management Automate manual HR operations using Zoho Creator applications Document SOPs & train users for adoption Objective: Reduce HR manual workload by 40\60% III. Data & System Governance Master data management: On\-time employee creation \/ archival Site deployment structures & reporting hierarchy Data privacy control & access\-based permissions 100% audit\-ready compliance for: Labour laws RERA employee information Digital document repository Monthly HR data reconciliations with payroll & finance IV. Dashboarding & Analytics Ownership Create & maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards: Recruitment funnel analysis Attrition analytics & retention risk indicators Attendance & productivity patterns Manpower planning dashboards TAT measurements of HR service delivery Generate management MIS for: CHRO\/HR Head CEO\/CXO reviews Enable data\-backed decision\-making across HR operations KPI based reporting standardization across departments V. Integration Management Coordinate APIs \/ system connectivity between: Zoho People Zoho Payroll Zoho People Enterprise ERP (Salesforce\/Zoho Creator\/SAP etc.) Biometric \/ Ge-attendance systems Vendor coordination & issue resolution management VI.
