Job Description

As a Solutions Leader at Cognizant, you will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions to address customer needs and drive the company's growth in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with market leaders to identify new business opportunities, including proactive sales pursuits and reactive solution development. - Lead the development of solutions, RFP responses, and pricing strategies. - Work with leaders in the technology industry to drive growth in the company's fastest-growing practice. - Utilize creative thinking to propose out-of-the-box solutions. - Manage relationships with clients and senior leadership effectively. - Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders using both oral and PowerPoint formats. - Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple deals concurrently. - Take ownership of projects, demonstrate a hands-on approach, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. - Utilize strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in MS Excel. - Lead large, diverse teams across multiple locations to achieve project goals. - Participate in negotiations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure operational SLAs are met. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 15+ years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on Sales and Business Development. - At least 5 years of experience in managing BPO Operations, with 3+ years in a Business Development or Sales support role. - Experience working with Digital native clients, particularly in the technology sector (Hi-Tech, Internet, Software). - Proven track record of leading solutions for medium to large RFPs. - Bachelor's degree required; MBAs preferred. - Strong background in business analytics, financial modeling, and managing P&L. - Familiarity with AIML and Generative AI solutions is a plus. - Proficiency in negotiating contracts and maintaining vendor relationships.
