What you will work on:

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of top strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track and report program KPIs and outcomes directly to leadership.
• Enable seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively propose process improvements.
• Ensure high-quality governance, documentation, and alignment across teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional strategic programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process orientation.
• Prior experience with lending platforms or digital product launches is a must.

Qualification and Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in project management from Fintech or Banks.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred, with a background in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (Preferred).
