Role Overview

Blingbird Luxury Travel House

Key Responsibilities

• Curate Bespoke Itineraries:

• Conceptualize and design end-to-end experiential journeys for couples, families, and small groups — integrating unique stays, local encounters, culinary highlights, and immersive cultural experiences.

• Destination Expertise:

• Leverage personal and professional knowledge of 

  European and Asian destinations

   to recommend authentic, high-quality experiences aligned with Blingbird’s brand promise.

• Supplier & Pricing Management:

• Communicate with international suppliers, DMCs, and hotels to obtain competitive quotes, negotiate rates, and prepare detailed cost sheets. Maintain updated pricing databases using Excel.

• Research & Innovation:

• Conduct in-depth research on new destinations, boutique properties, festivals, and offbeat experiences to constantly upgrade Blingbird’s travel portfolio.

• Journey Design & Documentation:

• Prepare itinerary presentations, visuals, and proposals that are aesthetically aligned with Blingbird’s luxury design standards. Ensure accuracy in logistics, transfers, and inclusions.

• Client Understanding:

• Interpret guest preferences and design journeys that match their personality, pace, and purpose — blending exclusivity, comfort, and storytelling.

• Coordination & Delivery:

• Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth pre- and post-travel execution, maintaining Blingbird’s benchmark of service excellence.

• Communication & Presentation:

• Write and speak fluent English, present itinerary proposals confidently, and interact professionally with high-net-worth clients and international partners.

Qualification

• Proven experience in designing international itineraries, especially in 

  Europe and Asia

  .
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in 

  Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

• Excellent written and spoken 

  English

  ; additional language skills are a plus.
• Passion for travel, cultural storytelling, and crafting experiences that go beyond the ordinary.
