Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Marketing & Brand Growth – Luxury Travel, located in Gurugram. The Head of Marketing & Brand Growth will be Focused on lead generation strategies online & offline, brand visibility, brand partnerships.

Core resposnsiblities

• Develop and execute 

  lead generation strategies

   through digital marketing and partnerships.
• Oversee 

  social media, newsletters, and content marketing

   aligned with Blingbird’s tone.
• Analyze lead quality and optimize marketing activities for better ROI.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with 

  luxury brands, real estate companies, lifestyle clubs

   for co-marketing opportunities.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts.
• Ensure all communications reflect Blingbird’s 

  luxury, experiential positioning

• Plan and manage small campaigns (online and offline) to drive awareness and leads
