Job Description

As an IT Recruiter / Global Talent Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing global talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on IT recruitment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, developing innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber IT candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be involved in building and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with project managers for resource planning, and monitoring recruitment metrics to support senior management decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber IT candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and assess staffing needs. - Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards, to identify potential candidates. - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring teams. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT roles. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape for effective recruitment. - Foster relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to enhance talent acquisition efforts. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Coordinate and participate in recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice. - Support project management team in resource planning and allocation for timely project delivery. - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and project staffing needs to senior management. - Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development initiatives in collaboration with project managers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of global talent management practices and recruitment strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Note: Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. The work shift for this position is from 10 PM to 7 AM, and the location is Chennai with the requirement to work from the office.,
