Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, reconcile, and analyze data across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, licensing, and partner data platforms) to create a unified and reliable view of business performance.
  • Investigate and resolve X-RTM data conflicts, ensuring consistency and policy alignment across regions and systems.
  • Define business requirements and partner with internal data engineering and analytics teams to implement scalable data and reporting solutions.
  • Validate segment integrity during annual planning by ensuring non-overlapping segment lists, accurate system setup (e.g., Anaplan), and alignment across CRM and financial platforms.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives through ongoing audits, monitoring, and remediation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that empower Sales, Finance, and GTM teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related data-driven role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and related GTM tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
  • Proven ability to connect data across fragmented systems and identify root causes of inconsistencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a global or cross-functional sales organization.
  • Understanding of sales motions, segmentation, and go-to-market models (direct, partner, and digital routes).
  • Exposure to process automation or data workflow optimization initiatives.
