Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue generation through sponsorships, exhibition space, partnerships, and strategic sales across global MICE events.
  • Develop and execute global sales strategies for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build strong connections with corporate clients, travel partners, and event agencies across international markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients and business opportunities across relevant industry sectors.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and virtual presentations to pitch event sponsorship and participation opportunities.
  • Prepare customized sales proposals and partnership packages aligned with client goals.
  • Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify global trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures to the management team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for handover, event execution, and vendor management as required.
  • Attend global events, exhibitions, and networking forums to represent the company and build brand presence.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to contract terms.
