Job Description

Role Overview: As a senior leader, you will manage and mentor a team of product marketers, provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for defining go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to ensure that products resonate with target audiences and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: - Lead planning and execution of comprehensive strategies for new product launches and enhancements. - Define target markets, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation. - New Version Launches - Planning and Execution: - Orchestrate launch plans for new product versions, features, and updates for maximum market impact and adoption. - Product Positioning and Messaging: - Craft compelling and differentiated positioning and messaging highlighting unique value propositions. - Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications. - Content Creation and Thought Leadership: - Develop high-quality marketing content including datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and more. - Provide thought leadership in the application security domain. - Sales Enablement: - Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, training materials, and competitive intelligence. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap and business objectives. - Demand Generation Support: - Partner with demand generation teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns driving leads and pipeline for products. - Team Management: - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team. - Foster professional growth and ensure operational excellence. - Analyst Relations: - Support engagement with industry analysts to ensure favorable positioning and coverage. Qualifications: Experience: - 15+ years in product marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within application security or cybersecurity software industry. - Proven track record of successfully launching and growing enterprise software products. Domain Expertise: - Strong understanding of application security concepts and competitive landscape. - Familiarity with DevSecOps, SDLC processes, and security technologies. Marketing Skills: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and compelling messaging. - Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and creating sales enablement tools. Leadership & Collaboration: - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
