Job Description

Your tasks include: In this position you are responsible for the definition & deployment of global spend category strategies, SC roadmap and Project Procurement strategies within Logistic Services You are responsible for market observations and studies, to drive conclusions improving Company strategies and decision making# You are responsible to steer the source-to-contract process for your area of responsibility which includes tender preparation and execution, negotiation, contracting You are responsible for active management of supplier relationships and contracts for the spend in your area of responsibility with the target to maximize the Procurement value contribution leveraging the full range of options available in the market. You are responsible for the compliance with Procurement Policy, methods and standards within your area of responsibility You are responsible for the Demand Owner and Stakeholder Management in your area of responsibiltiy You are contributing of the standardization and continuous improvement of methods and processes You are contributing to the processes of financial planning (ABP, Forecasts) in your area of responsibility YOUR PROFILE Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant major 3-5 years of work experience in relevant industries and ideally a few years of proven track record in Procurement or Logistic Services Professional Procurement expertise; experience in global spend category management and project management Strength in stakeholder management along with strong communication skills Cross-functional experience as well as international experience are an advantage Analytical skills and target-oriented working methods Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/ P2P-processes Fluent English mandatory, German is very helpful as well as other languages Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Procurement: 6 years (Required) Logistics: 6 years (Required) Global Category Manager: 6 years (Required) Project management: 6 years (Required) stakeholder management: 6 years (Required) SAP: 6 years (Required) S2C or P2P: 6 years (Required) Analytical skills: 6 years (Required) E TENDERING: 6 years (Required) Microsoft Office: 6 years (Required) Language: English (Required) German (Preferred) Location: Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
