Job Description

We are looking for an open, collaborative marketing automation specialist to join our fast-moving global team. In this role, youll create and manage marketing automation campaigns for our global and local teams. This role includes design, quality assurance, execution, maintenance and reporting for marketing automation programs. We use Pardot/Salesforce, but if you know Marketo or another platform, thats fine.

The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid. This is a global flexible role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Global Marketing Automation team to deliver the Global Marketing Automation Strategy
  • Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns and workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and other promotional activities
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness metrics related programs managed in Pardot and related digital applications with focus on data quality and system performance
  • Perform A/B Tests on elements in marketing mix including email templates, landing pages, forms, etc.
  • Troubleshot marketing automation and CRM issues in timely and thorough manner
  • Work with central and country marketing teams to ensure quality and compliance, database cleanliness, effectiveness in campaigns and conversion rates
  • Support the correct use of related platforms by documenting processes, creating templates, providing regular live training, and educating marketing and sales users via the development of training materials and best practices for lead generation and campaign management
  • Create email templates, forms, landing pages, reporting, dashboards, etc. to be used by central and local marketing teams
  • Support and develop the marketing and sales teams awareness and capabilities in Salesforce and marketing automation best practice
  • Develop and document strategic CRM and marketing automation best practices
  • Translate new ideas into tailored marketing automation programs to achieve strategic and portfolio objectives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Pardot/Marketo /HubSpot or other marketing automation system and Salesforce or any other sales force automation
  • Experience implementing and monitoring automation campaigns
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of various funnel acceleration systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding communication, project management skills, attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
