Data Migration & Governance: Proven experience in large-scale HR data migrations with expertise in profiling, cleansing, and transforming data. Skilled in governance frameworks, data quality KPIs, and reusable templates/playbooks.
Automation & Innovation: Proficient in KNIME, Alteryx, and Google Suite for automation and transformation. Experienced in building workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and scale processes.
Leadership & Change Management: Track record of leading, coaching, and mentoring teams. Prior experience in leading cross-functional change initiatives.
Proactive Planning & Organization: Ability to anticipate data migration challenges, develop comprehensive plans, and manage complex timelines to meet set project wide deadlines. Skilled in creating detailed roadmaps, resource allocation, and contingency planning to ensure seamless execution and minimize disruptions.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to influence global stakeholders and translate complex data concepts into clear actionable insights.
