Global - HR Leader

As a Global HR Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies with a focus on global hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end global hiring processes across diverse geographies, from screening to onboarding. - Partnering with global business leaders to understand workforce plans and fulfill hiring needs. - Building and implementing global recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives. - Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms, and job platforms worldwide. - Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in hiring. - Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and recommending process improvements. - Implementing digital tools, ATS systems, and innovative sourcing methods for scale and efficiency. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting global HR initiatives and providing strategic support: - Supporting global HR initiatives including performance management, engagement, and organizational development. - Contributing to global HR policy implementation and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. - Partnering with HR colleagues on compensation benchmarking, learning & development, and succession planning. - Acting as a cultural ambassador to ensure a consistent employee experience across regions.
