Global Account Management

As a key member of the Lockton Global Solutions (LGS) team, your role as a Global Client Manager is crucial in providing high-quality insurance-related support to both clients and internal teams. Your proactive and solutions-oriented approach will ensure smooth operations, timely query resolution, and effective delivery of post-sale services, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and compliance with global and local insurance standards. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for LGS teams and clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with local teams and partners, structuring and managing insurance policies, assessing client risks, resolving client queries and issues, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring compliance and documentation standards, and managing claims processing. To excel in this role, you must possess competencies such as customer focus, effective communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, team collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to exceed client expectations, deliver clear and concise communication, analyze and resolve issues promptly, collaborate effectively with global and local teams, and build positive relationships will be key to your success.
