Job Description: The Global Account Management Analyst will be responsible for the creation, termination, and management of user and service accounts, as well as resources in Active Directory and MS Exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Active Directory and a working knowledge of MS Exchange and Azure administration. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and terminate user and service accounts in Active Directory and MS Exchange. Maintain and manage resources in Active Directory. Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards. Provide support and troubleshooting for account-related issues. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless account management. Document processes and procedures related to account management. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: HSC (Grade 12). Technical diploma is preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role. Proven experience with Active Directory management. Working knowledge of MS Exchange and Azure administration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus. Work Environment: Candidates must work 5 days a week from the office. Candidates should be ready to work in shifts. This team supports 24X7 on a rotating schedule.
