Roles and Responsibilities: Generating offer letter, appointment letters, etc Preparation of salary structure according to client's requirement Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients Attending conferences, review meetings, and maintaining trackers and reports Managing team as well as individual contributor Software based offer Generation Ensure timely and error free payroll processing and salary release as per timelines of clients. Ensure all the Bank details should be update in system by respective team before pay out. Timely issuance of Pay slip on monthly basis after the payroll as per client requirements. Respond to payroll related queries raised by Client & Employees within TAT with proper solutions. To ensure& collect the attendance and regularization of all client as per agreed terms & Conditions. Verification of attendance, Leave adjustment, Leave allotment, w/o calculation need to be check before salary processing. Regular co-ordination and effective communication with the Clients on payroll process.
