About The Role

We are seeking a skilled

GIAM Engineer

with strong hands-on experience in

One Identity Manager (1IM)

to manage, support, and optimize our Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring secure user access, system integrity, and compliance across our hybrid infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support One Identity Manager platform and tools (Object Browser, Job Queue, Sync Editor)
  • Manage IAM integrations across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and report issues pre- and post-IAM release cycles
  • Handle performance tuning of IAM tools and supporting infrastructure
  • Support identity lifecycle management and service integrations
  • Collaborate with global project and operations teams during release and testing phases
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problems within IAM infrastructure
  • Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation and operating procedures
  • Work with tools like JIRA for task and issue management

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in enterprise IT, focused on IAM systems like One Identity
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory (multi-forest), IIS, and MS SQL Server
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP) and understanding of infrastructure components
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, pipelines) and IaC

Preferred Certifications & Skills

  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
  • Cloud platform experience – Azure, AWS (certifications are a plus)
  • Microsoft certifications in infrastructure or cloud
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and secure DevOps environments
