Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Geo-Technical Engineer with practical experience in radar analysis and slope stability assessment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of soil mechanics, geotechnical principles, and instrumentation, along with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct radar-based slope monitoring using GroundProbe or similar technologies to identify potential geotechnical risks.
  • Analyze slope stability and recommend appropriate stabilization or ground improvement measures.
  • Review and interpret radar and instrumentation data to prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to incorporate geotechnical inputs into design and execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, QA/QC processes, and relevant safety and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage licensing processes for equipment import and WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination) compliance in accordance with regulatory norms.
  • Conduct customer training on Advanced data analysis training
  • Monitor all active sites daily to detect early signs of slope movement or potential failure and assist customers with timely responses.
  • Perform regular site visits to train customers on radar operation and data interpretation.
  • Drive technical sales initiatives — identify business opportunities, engage with potential clients, prepare proposals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • 3–4 years of experience in geotechnical investigations, radar monitoring, or slope stability analysis.
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software for radar data processing, slope modeling, and instrumentation analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site-based assignments across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
