Job Summary

The GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP will play a crucial role in leveraging Pega and Pega Decision strategies to drive data-driven insights and solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts this role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience. The candidate will focus on enhancing decision-making processes and optimizing geospatial data utilization to support the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex geospatial data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
Develop and implement Pega Decision strategies to enhance decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into existing systems.
Design and maintain geospatial databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and patterns in geospatial information.
Provide technical expertise in Pega to optimize workflow and decision strategies.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards in all geospatial projects.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to improve data collection and analysis methodologies.
Support the development of innovative geospatial solutions to address business challenges.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members understanding of geospatial tools and techniques.
Drive continuous improvement in geospatial data management practices.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Pega with proven experience in decision strategies.
Demonstrate expertise in geospatial data analysis and database management.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have a solid understanding of data governance and security protocols.
Show proficiency in creating data visualizations and reports.
