General Manager/Production

Role Summary:

GM - Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Development and Performance Management:

• Oversee the overall development, performance, and maintenance of the organization's production activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.

• Production Planning and Control:

• Plan, coordinate, and control the production schedules in the PPC department.
• Enforce optimum utilization of production lines to achieve timely order delivery and maintain minimum inventory levels.

• Strategic Alignment:

• Plan, establish, and implement production goals and objectives aligned with the corporate strategy to meet business objectives.

• Equipment Overhauling and Assembly:

• Lead the overhauling and assembly of heavy mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, material handling equipment, mining equipment (crushers), pumps, valves, and heavy-duty bearing assemblies.

• Employee Responsibility and Authority:

• Define responsibility and authority for employees and ensure its implementation and compliance.
• Design, review, and maintain the organization's structure (organogram).

• Experience:

• Significant experience in

  production management

  , particularly in industrial equipment or machinery manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with experience in overseeing production processes.
• Experience with managing large-scale operations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
