General Manager (GM)

• Establish & Scale Operations:

  Build, lead, and optimize full-scale manufacturing operations for air purification systems.

• Governance:

  Act as Zonair3D’s Board-level representative to safeguard the company’s interests, with strong focus on risk management, governance, and long-term alignment.

• P&L & Reporting:

  Take ownership of P&L, financial performance, and strategic reporting to the Board.

• Leadership & Team Building:

  Recruit, develop, and manage the factory’s leadership team.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  Ensure quality standards, audit processes, intellectual property protection, and operational controls.

• Certifications & Standards:

  Ensure compliance with

  ISO, CE, WELL, RESET

  , and other certifications.

• Risk & Dispute Management:

  Anticipate and resolve potential disputes, supplier challenges, or regulatory hurdles.

• Global Model Development:

  Develop a scalable operational and governance model for replication across global hubs

• 20+ years of senior leadership experience

  in manufacturing, preferably in

  CleanTech, HVAC, or medical devices

  .
• Proven expertise in

  supplier governance and contract compliance

  .
• Strong background in

  audits, compliance frameworks, and certification management

  .

• Board-level gravitas

  with negotiation and legal awareness.
• International outlook with experience managing operations across

  India and global hubs
