General Manager - Warehouse & Distribution

Role Purpose

To lead and manage the end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations for the QSR brand, ensuring seamless supply of food, packaging, and equipment to restaurants.

The role focuses on efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, and service excellence to support rapid growth and operational consistency across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement warehouse & distribution strategies aligned with corporate supply chain goals.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to restaurants.
• Vendor & 3PL Management: Manage relationships with logistics partners, transporters, and cold chain providers to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, automation, and distribution processes.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, QSR industry regulations, and occupational health & safety norms.
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Technology Integration: Leverage ERP/WMS/TMS systems for real-time visibility, reporting, and analytics.
• Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, strikes, or emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics,
• +15 years of experience in warehouse & distribution, preferably in FMCG/QSR/retail.
• Strong knowledge of

  cold chain logistics

  and food safety standards.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale distribution networks.
• Expertise in ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
