Job description
Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed pharma company as an Assistant Manager/ Manager-Distribution & SCM and he will be responsible for handling following:
Candidate should be good experience in monitor inventory levels, analyse stock data, and develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and minimize stock out.
2) Candidate should be good experience in Managing logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient flow of goods.
3) Candidate should have good experience in prepare reports on supply chain performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
4) Candidate should have good experience in Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, production, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
5) Candidate should have good experience in tracking and analyse key e-commerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost performance.
Candidate should have 5-10 yrs in relevant experience in Distribution (SCM) with Pharmaceuticals Company.
Candidate should have good experience in Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to address issues and ensure a smooth flow of information.
Candidate should have good experience in analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving e-commerce strategies.
Candidate should have good experience in ERP AND Microsoft Dynamic.
