Job description
Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed pharma company as a Manager / Sr Manager Distribution & SCM and he will be responsible for handling following:
1) Candidate should be good experience in oversee end-to-end distribution operations including CFAs, depots, transport, and last-mile delivery also ensure on-time order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
2) Candidate should be good experience in ensure compliance with DPCO, GST, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, e-way bill norms also maintain proper documentation for audits, inspections, and quality compliance.
3) Candidate should have good experience monitoring stock movement, inventory accuracy, and cold chain requirements also minimize stock outs, expiries, and pilferages.
.4) Candidate should have good experience in negotiate rates, SLAs, and monitor transporter performance also Handle claims related to damage/loss/shortage.
5) Candidate should have good experience in tracking and analyze key e-commerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost performance.
