Job Summary

Team Leads (TL) / Assistant Team Leads (ATL)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure

  100% quality check

  of all shipments/bags with

  zero missing shipments

  in value and quantity
• Continuously promote a

  security-focused and safe work environment

• Prepare and maintain

  duty rosters

  for Field Executives (FEs)
• Oversee

  pickups, deliveries, NDC calling, and reverse logistics

• Conduct

  daily power sessions

  and motivate team members to achieve targets
• Train, guide, and monitor logistics staff for effective performance
  
• Ensure

  manpower planning and utilization

  for timely delivery of shipments
• Identify and resolve logistics issues such as

  delays, damages, and shortages

• Perform

  extended duties of Team Lead

  in their absence, as per business requirements
• Collaborate with other operations and support cross-functional activities as directed by management
  
• Oversee preparation and verification of

  shipping and operational documents

• Monitor cash handling and

  report short cash

  to management and payroll teams
• Provide

  accurate and timely feedback

  on employee, team, and operational performance
• Participate in

  continuous improvement initiatives

• Support Managers with

  analytical and administrative tasks

  , including data collation, reporting, and record maintenance
• Ensure Field Executives follow

  proper dress code, discipline, and professional customer behavior

• Enforce organizational values and compliance standards including:
  
• Code of Conduct (CoC)
  
• Integrity and ethics
  
• Anti-theft policy
  
• POSH and workplace compliance
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations
  
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
  
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
  
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
