The GM will handle overall business operations, ensure sales targets are achieved, manage the team, and deliver top-notch client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Lead the entire franchise team (Sales, CRM, HR) and achieve ₹15–20 lakh monthly revenue targets. Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to maximize conversions. Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth process implementation. Approve major client deals and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for consistent performance. Coordinate with central management for reporting, strategy, and compliance. Maintain budget control and ensure profitability of the unit.
