The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics industries and proven leadership experience in managing large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations with a focus on cable tray manufacturing and process optimization.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and high performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships, understand requirements, and provide timely support.
Drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and support market expansion initiatives.
