The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics industries and proven leadership experience in managing large-scale operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations with a focus on cable tray manufacturing and process optimization. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and high performance. Maintain strong customer relationships, understand requirements, and provide timely support. Drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and support market expansion initiatives. Implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory prior experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics-based industries.
