Basic (Essential) Qualification:

from a recognized university/institution/board

• B.E. / B.Tech

  in any of the following:
• Computer Science
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Information Technology
• Information Security
• Electronics
• Electronics & Communications Engineering
• Software Engineering
• Or an equivalent degree in these disciplines

OR

• MCA

• M.Tech / M.Sc.

  in:
• Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering
• Information Technology / Information Security
• Electronics / Electronics & Communications Engineering
• Or equivalent in the specified disciplines

Other Qualifications (As on 30.06.2025)

Essential (REVISED):

• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)

1. ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

4. MBA

Experience (As on 30.06.2025)

Essential:

• Minimum

  15 years of experience

  in one or more of the following domains:

• BFSI

  (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

• IT

• Information Security Consultancy

• IS Audit / Cyber Security Audit
• Out of this, at least

  10 years should be in a leadership role

• Training or Teaching experience will not be considered

Preferred Experience:

• Handling:

• Red Team Exercises

• VA-PT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)

Specific Skills (Preferred):

Familiarity with the following is a plus:

• VAPT Tools

  : Nessus, Retina, SAINT, Kali Linux, etc.
• Implementing

  Regulatory / CERT-In

  advisories and guidelines in IS/Cyber Security Audits
• Knowledge of

  Data Privacy Standards

• Assessing

  Supply Chain Cyber Risks

  during

  vendor audits
