Job Description

Role Overview: As a pivotal member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the security strategy. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing innovative security solutions to safeguard customers" assets and data. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing security strategy - Creating security architecture design - Developing customer solutions - Engaging with customers - Estimating resources and efforts - Analyzing competition - Setting pricing strategy - Driving product strategy - Preparing product roadmaps - Managing product lifecycle - Leading discussions with various teams - Assessing the P&L of product/service portfolio - Defining go-to-market plans - Managing product positioning - Conducting marketing campaigns - Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance - Developing teams and assessing talent - Recruitment, goal setting, and performance reviews.
