Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales based in Lucknow. The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing general management tasks, managing a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and building strong client relationships to promote Satya Solar Systems’ solar energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in General Management and Team Management to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
• Strong background in Sales, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow with a commitment to achieving organizational goals
• Previous experience in the renewable energy or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage
