Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable market insights to the management team.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential new business contacts.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, real estate laws, and industry regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is often beneficial.
Experience:
Proven experience in real estate sales management or a similar leadership role is essential.
Leadership & Management:
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills are crucial.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, properties, and pricing.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Technical Skills:
