Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, production, and procurement, to ensure smooth execution.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and business development progress.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

Demonstrate great team leadership in the workplace

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the metal manufacturing or related industry.

A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required, with an MBA being preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

A good understanding of metal industrial products, including market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
