Job Summary:

General Manager – Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for multiple projects across civil and infrastructure domains.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate project support functions including

    QS, technical teams, and procurement

    .
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Establish and enforce project management best practices in alignment with PMI or equivalent standards.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project teams.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Lead regular project reviews and prepare executive updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is

    mandatory

  • PMI/PMP Certification is

    preferred

    .
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing support functions:

    Quantity Surveying, Technical, and Procurement

    .
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a

    result-oriented approach

    .
  • Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
