General Manager (Production)

We are looking for a results-driven General Manager – Production with a strong background in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead our production operations, ensure efficiency, manage teams, and drive performance excellence across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all production activities on the shop floor
• Develop and execute production plans to meet targets and timelines
• Monitor production KPIs and ensure cost, quality, and delivery standards
• Supervise and guide the production team for peak performance
• Coordinate with design, purchase, QC, and maintenance departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Implement process improvements and productivity initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production
• At least 3 years in a senior/managerial role
• Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills
• Experience with automation, panel manufacturing, or control systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
