We are seeking a retired professional with a strong technical background to take up the role of General Manager – Production Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

1️ Oversee complete plant operations with focus on quality, efficiency & timely delivery.
2️ Lead and mentor production, quality, and maintenance teams.
3️ Ensure cost control, safety, and statutory compliance.
4️ Implement modern manufacturing practices and guide teams with hands-on expertise.
5️ Support business growth by aligning plant output with market requirements.

Candidate Profile:

✔ Retired professional with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
✔ 20+ years of proven experience in plant/production management.
✔ Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
✔ Background in Printing, Stationery, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
