GM – Production (Content Digitization Services)
Swift ProSys is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced GM – Production to lead our digitization operations and ensure excellence in quality, efficiency, and delivery.-
Experience: 15+ years overall, with at least 5 years in a Production Manager role within Content Digitization / Document Management / Data Processing.
- Expertise: Strong in MIS, Excel, and ERP systems with proven skills in data tracking, analysis, and team management.
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and performance reports
Optimize workflows and resource utilization using ERP tools
Coordinate with clients, QA, and project teams for smooth operations
