General Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement strategies to align operational efforts with overall business objectives.
• Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and productive operations across all departments.
• Team Leadership & Development:Lead, motivate, mentor, and train managers and staff, setting performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Financial Management:Create and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure profitability.
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for improvement, implement new processes, and utilize methodologies to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
• Compliance:Ensure the organization adheres to relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
