General Manager - Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of the resort. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, passionate about hospitality, and skilled in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the resort including cottages, pool, housekeeping, F&B, and grounds.
• Deliver high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff including housekeeping, kitchen, pool/garden, and front office teams.
• Create staff schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Motivate and lead the team to maintain service standards.

Finance & Administration

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue streams.
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising guest experience.
• Maintain records of occupancy, sales, and operational performance.

Compliance & Maintenance

• Ensure the property adheres to safety, hygiene, and legal requirements.
• Oversee preventive and regular maintenance of cottages, pool, and facilities.
• Manage vendor contracts for services like pest control, gardening, and utilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
