General Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

IT & Systems Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure, CRM (Zoho or equivalent), telephony, and data security.
• Ensure digital readiness across departments and handle automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure organizational compliance with immigration laws, data protection laws, and other applicable Indian/international regulations.
• Coordinate with legal consultants for drafting/review of contracts, service agreements, and dispute resolution.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor service delivery, ensure adherence to SOPs, and implement internal audits.
• Develop KPIs for continuous improvement and conduct process gap analysis.

Customer Care

• Oversee client interaction teams to ensure a seamless, transparent, and prompt service experience.
• Handle escalated grievances and ensure resolution tracking.

Marketing & Branding

• Coordinate with the digital and offline marketing teams for branding, campaign execution, and ROI tracking.
• Ensure consistent branding across platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Support lead generation, bring in new innovative events, and promotional drives.

Business Development & Expansion

• Identify new markets, geographies, and service opportunities in India and overseas.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.
• Drive the setup and launch of new branches, including space acquisition, hiring, licensing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Forge partnerships with universities, agents, and overseas consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
