Planning and execution: Planning and executing the project, including engineering procurement, construction, and commissioning
Quality: Ensuring quality assurance and quality control
Project leadership: Providing leadership to project members and coordinating with management and stakeholders
Team coordination: Supervising multidisciplinary teams involved in various aspects of the project
Budgeting: Ensuring the project is established and maintained within budget
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements, as well as WHRB standards
Operation and maintenance: Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of the project
Performance: Measuring project performance and reporting to management as needed
Risk management: Performing risk management to minimize project risks
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
