Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Shift Incharge - Electrical to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance activities during their shift, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shift Operations: Oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely. 2. Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical equipment, such as troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. 3. Team Supervision: Supervise and guide a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure that electrical issues are addressed promptly. 5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical problems, using specialized tools and techniques to diagnose and repair issues. 6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment history. Requirements: 1. Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 8-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role. 3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical principles, practices, and equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. 4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team. 5. Communication Skills: With the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders. Working Conditions: 1. Shift Work: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Phalodi, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Shift Incharge : 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
