General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and staff performance. The role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality to drive business growth and maintain excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Ensure seamless daily operations and deliver superior guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market presence.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of managerial experience in hotels/resorts, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
• Duty Timing: 10 hours per day
