Miracle Hotel & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest relations, front desk operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional manner
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Maintain front desk records and daily reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest queries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hotel management industry
• Kerala-based candidates (Male/Female) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Food and accommodation provided
