Position Name:

Role & responsibilities

Preferred Profile:

12-15 years of experience in dairy or FMCG beverages with strong exposure to GT markets
Proven experience launching or scaling beverage brands; North India expansion experience preferred
Strong understanding of GT/MT distribution structures and trade economics
Skilled in distributor management, sales KPIs, and market penetration
MBA/PGDM preferred
Experience with leading beverage/dairy brands is an added advantage
Strong skills in MIS, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis & reporting
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Leadership experience in managing large sales teams and driving high-performance culture
Strong cross-functional collaboration capability
