Role & responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy and road-map
• Technical training to sales teams and to chalk-out a quarterly calendar
• Attend monthly/quarterly/yearly review meetings
• Prepare technical data sheets, literature and other related promotional and marketing tools.
• Collect market data for competitor brands by coordinating with sales teams.
• Attend technical meetings with Pharma Practitioners.
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products for digital marketing.
• Develop new products as per market & sales team needs and improvements in to existing products range.
• Must be able to travel extensively for field working whenever it is necessary.
• Should have an excellent computer knowledge for preparing various tools.
• Should have analytical skills for product movement on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• To make overall budget to ensure success and to prepare annual brand wise Target

Any other additional portfolio's given by the Management from time to time.
